The problem, stated plainly
Accreditation in Bangladesh runs on paper. Evidence lives in departmental cupboards, scoring is inconsistent between reviewers, and when BAC auditors arrive institutions scramble to assemble years of documentation in a week. Accrely replaces that scramble with a system: every document tied to a standard and a criterion, every score attributed and timestamped, every assessment sheet exportable in the format BAC actually expects.
- 01
Fragmented documentation
Paper-based, scattered files across departments with no central system. Finding the right evidence becomes a time-consuming hunt.
- 02
No traceability
Slow manual verification with inconsistent scoring. Tracking who reviewed what, and when, becomes nearly impossible.
- 03
Audit readiness gap
PSAC and IQAC struggle to stay audit-ready. When BAC auditors arrive, institutions compile evidence at the last minute.
The workflow
A cyclic, eight-phase accreditation process
- Phase 1
Prepare programme documentation
- Phase 2
Map evidence to standards
- Phase 3
Self-assessment and scoring
- Phase 4
Internal review (IQAC / PSAC)
- Phase 5
Compile BAC assessment sheets
- Phase 6
External peer review
- Phase 7
Accreditation decision
- Phase 8
Continuous improvement
What it does
Everything an accreditation team needs, in one place
One home for every document
A central repository with cloud storage, versioning and in-browser preview for PDFs, DOCX, spreadsheets and images, so nobody hunts across departments any more.
Standards → Criteria → Document types
A three-tier hierarchy that binds each upload to the standard it proves, so documentation gaps are visible before an auditor finds them.
Scoring with the CAR framework
Customisable mark distributions and rubrics, with Commendation / Affirmation / Recommendation feedback, timestamped and attributed to each reviewer.
BAC-formatted assessment sheets
Generates submission-ready sheets following official BAC templates: program info, standard-by-standard scoring, criterion feedback and overall grading.
Role-based collaboration
Viewer, Contributor, Reviewer and Admin roles with granular permissions, so a distributed accreditation team stays in sync.
Guidance built in
Pre-loaded BAC standards, scoring rubrics and the full BAC manual, searchable without leaving the workflow.
